We use the most appropriate and reliable carriers depending on your package weight and destination, including:
4PX, Yun Express, FedEx, and DHL.

📦 Multiple Shipments

Your order may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses, so items could arrive separately.

• You will not be charged additional shipping fees for multiple packages.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be split across packages accordingly.

⚠️ Important Notes

• We do not ship to PO Boxes, BO Boxes, or military addresses. Please provide a valid residential address for delivery.

• Tracking updates may sometimes appear delayed as packages move through transit hubs. This is normal. For example, once your package reaches the US, USPS will handle the final delivery swiftly.

• Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. In some cases (e.g., free shipping), tracking may not be available.

If your tracking status says “No information available at the moment,” this may be because:

• Some carriers take 2–5 business days to update tracking info in their system.

• Orders shipped in multiple packages may show separate tracking numbers.

Refunds and Returns

Because all of our personalized orders are custom-made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Once you place your order, we begin the customization and production process immediately. Therefore, no changes to personalized details (such as size, color, engraving, or other customization) can be made after your purchase is confirmed.

If the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped or incorrect personalization caused by us), we will send you a replacement product free of charge and resolve the matter promptly. Please note that refunds are not available for personalized items since these products cannot be resold once customized. We appreciate your understanding.

Order Cancellation

Once your order is locked in for processing, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please carefully review all customization details before completing your purchase to avoid errors.

Free Replacement Policy

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

• Your package is delayed in transit for more than 3 weeks beyond the estimated delivery time, or

• The product arrives significantly later than expected with no issue in the delivery address.

Additionally, if the product fails within 30 days of delivery due to:

1. Manufacturing defects or damages caused during shipping;

2. Significant differences from what you ordered (such as incorrect personalization).

How to Request a Replacement

Please email us at service@tatogift.com with the following information:

• Your order number and registered email address

• Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or error

• For printing errors, include close-up pictures of the issue

• For sizing problems, include images with a measuring tape or ruler next to the product

Once verified by our customer service team, we will arrange a replacement promptly. We do not offer refunds, as we believe a replacement is the best way to resolve issues with personalized products.

Important Notes on Replacements

• We typically do not accept replacements for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers. Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.

• Slight color differences (up to about 20%) may occur between the product photos and the actual item due to lighting or screen settings — this is normal.

Replacement with a Small Fee

If you receive an incorrect item/design/size due to mistakes in your customization input, a replacement can be arranged for a small fee relative to the original price. In these cases, you do not need to return the incorrect item.
